He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1994. His 14 years of experience treating patients in a variety of settings has given him the skills and expertise to evaluate and treat a diversified patient population. His commitment to continuing education and state of the art equipment, ensures that your therapy experience at St. Francis Rehabilitation Services includes the latest advances in treatment techniques that the field has to offer. He is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy Examiner and is an active member in both the American and Louisiana Physical Therapy Associations. Patrick has served as the West Feliciana Parish Hospital Rehab director since 1997.

Helen graduated from Northeast Louisiana University Monroe in 1991. Her experience ranges from inpatient, outpatient physical dysabilities, geratric physical occupational therapy, acute care and home health services. She has been with St. Francis Rehabilitation Services since 2007.

Shannon Gavin graduated from Louisiana State Medical College in 1997. She specializes in Geriatics, Orthopedics, and Wound Care. She has 13 years of experience in Physical Therapy. Shannon participates in continuing education for Orthopedics, shoulders, knees, and hips. She has been working at St. Francis Rehabilitation Services for 2 years. Shannon is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Becky Denham
-Speech Therapist
Graduated with a BA in Hearing and Speech Sciences, from University of Maryland in 1981; MA in Speech Pathology from LSU in 1984; earned her national board certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 1986. Becky worked in most speech pathology settings, including home health, hospitals, nursing homes, pediatric private practice, and most recently school-based settings since having graduated with her masters degree from LSU.

Nicole graduated Our Lady of the Lake College in May of 2001. She has been practicing Physical Therapy for 7 years. Nicole has experience in all fields of Physical Therapy, including outpatient, acute care, and home health. She has been with St. Francis Rehab for three years. She has taken massage, pregnancy, and stress reduction continuing education classes.
